For CBSE board exam students should study maximum of 10 hours and minimum of seven hours

Since the commencement of the board exams and months prior to the commencement, students have been busy in preparing for the exams. All of them are studying hard but in all this they tend to forget that too much of everything can have opposite effects. Therefore, as students study it is important that they study for a time period which sufficient to cover their daily goals completely. Studying in anxiety, pressure and more than that is required will not yield the results students are looking for on the other hand, there is a probability that on the day of the exam things can go completely south. Students tend to focus more on subjects like mathematics and science and in this they completely ignore the subjects like English and other optional subjects. They must remember that bad performance in these subjects will affect their final board result. Hence, it is important to pay equal attention to each subject. They can devote more time on math and science but the attention paid to each subject have to equal to get desired marks in exams. To avoid stress, anxiety and fatigue they must study in intervals for a maximum of 10 hours and minimum of 7 hours as to pass the exams with good marks. Practice as much as with the sample papers and last year papers to build the confidence of facing the final exam on the D-Day. Add some exercise and some games to the study schedule in order to avoid boredom and frustration. Pay attention to the important topics which they can consult with their teachers as the pattern of board exams is almost similar every year with very slight variations. For parents, they should not interfere too much with the study pattern of their ward and must not pressure them unnecessarily to study more and more. As far as diet of the students is concerned, parents should avoid giving heavy food instead food which is light on stomach and easy to digest should be given to child during the exam days.
